Over 10+ years and counting in the industry, the owner has seen a vast array of pressure washing businesses. He began as a technician leading crews in the field every day, then became a field supervisor for another company, then to another opportunity as an operations supervisor, then spent over two years at one of the areas top residential and commercial pressure washing providers where he revolutionized the existing process and redesigned it from the ground up as Operations Manger.  At that same employer he was also involved in every customer complaint, property damage claim, every process test,  and every case of a requested return visit to remedy quality concerns.  The final place saw Mr.  Walker managing the central Virginia region for the nations largest provider of pressure washing services.

 

From entry level technician to upper management, from small local companies to the largest in the USA.... they all had the same problem. The functional philosophy  was wrong. The operating goal was always what's in the best interest of the business, and not what's in the best interest of who matters most.
